Founded in 2019 by Casey Renee, a two-time James Beard Semifinalist and former pastry chef at the Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, Confections began with a simple goal: to create beautiful, thoughtfully crafted desserts that make life’s moments even sweeter.
We make everything in house using high-quality ingredients, refined technique, and a whole lot of heart.
